TIME LINE THERAPY®
A 1 on 1 session that focuses on releasing a negative emotion linked to a past experience that is holding you back from living your best life. Clear limiting beliefs and limiting emotions that are sabotaging future success and happiness.
Recommended for people with a specific emotion that is reoccurring and creating an issue in your life. Or for those carrying heavy emotional baggage.
Most commonly showing up as – Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, Guilt, Stress, Anxiety & Depression.
These sessions vary in time and can be done over a number of sessions if needed. They can be done virtually or in person at Foxton Beach, NZ.
BREAKTHROUGH SESSIONS
A 1 on 1 session that focuses on personal or professional development. Unresolved issues and problems are dealt with to allow you to move forward into the life you want to be living. Recommended for those wanting to release a deep personal problem such as alcoholism, addiction, gambling, abuse, lack of motivation or confidence. These sessions usually are over a number of days and are available to be done virtually or in person.
REGULAR 1-ON-1 COACHING SESSIONS
A 1 on 1 session that focuses on personal or professional development. Unresolved issues and problems are dealt with to allow you to move forward into the life you want to be living. 10 week weight release programme
A 1 on 1 session that uses hypnotherapy to set you the target of releasing weight (weight loss). These sessions give you a clear mind that is solely focused on achieving your goal. Weight release is effective as it removes the mental obstacle of your being in two minds and aligns your mind solely to the goal. We call it weight release as when we lose something it is something we long for and want back but weight release is about letting go of weight that does not serve us. These sessions can be done virtually or in person.
HEALTHY MINDSET SHIFT
A 1 on 1 session that target an ongoing health concern – most commonly quitting smoking or drinking alcohol.
We will work together to shift your mindset to no longer see smoking or drinking as an outlet and see it for how it really is effecting your life.
These can be one off sessions and can be done virtually or in person.
BUSINESS COACHING
These session are targeted to help you thrive in your business. Throughout different parts of your career we have different stressors. I will work to coach you through and guide you to align your mindset to the current goals you want to achieve.
These sessions can be done virtually or in person and can be done as regularly as needed.
